Resilience training

Kezban Saritas

Kezban Saritas has been booking the large seminar room at AirSpace for her resilience training series for two years. Here she works with her participants in a 5-week training course with a lot of humor and openness on the art of mental resilience in major and minor crises. She firmly believes that resilience can be learned and that it should not be left to chance how to overcome fate or setbacks.

There are many stressors that lead to crises, such as illness, excessive demands at work or in the family, constant availability, etc. In resilience training, Kezban works with her participants to uncover previous patterns for coping with crises and dealing with stress. In exercises and group discussions, she develops new options for action that help to increase personal well-being and happiness. Everyday routines can be mastered more easily and a new sense of lightness emerges.
